These people were GREAT !!!!!! I had to respond after reading others. Some people are definitely clueless and/or never happy. Let me tell about my experiences. I have been using this company for over 10 years now. 10 YEARS !! I have not only never had a problem with Quality but they have turned my nightmare pool/spa into ABSOLUTE HEAVEN. I bought a house with a pool/spa which was neglected for years. QUALITY POOL & SPA came out and did some prelimenary repairs, got them running and then over the years, have turned an old antiquated sytem into a GEM. We had them replaster, retile and install new top of the line equipment. All went fabulously and LESS than other quotes. We are SOOOOO HAPPY WITH QUALITY and would reccomend them to anyone. We didn't want a ""duct tape job"" and what we got from QUALITY was PERFECT, BEAUTIFUL, EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL and TOP OF THE LINE. WE LOVE YOU GUYS. Don't let a couple angry uneducated people get you down. Thanks for everything.
