I used to pay $38 every other week to get coiffed at Hoshi Coupe in the EV, but then I got sick of the super-styled, razor-cut thing. I craved a classic, cleaner Thom Brown look. I have to say that the $14 I now drop down at Neighborhood Barbers is probably the best money I've ever spent at a hair cutting establishment. Igor is a true genius. Completely concientious, meticulous and able to do a fade like nobody's elses business, I feel good giving him a $20 bill and telling him to keep the change.
Pros: the hot-cream neck shave with a straight razor.
Cons: this little barber shop sometimes gets busy and cramped. There may be a wait.
