I went to OMNH in LA and was pleased with the African stylist who braided my hair but after a couple of encounters with the owner's daughter, Erica, (she's the light-skinned woman with the SERIOUS attitude), I stopped patronizing them. Fortunately, the braider stopped working for them and I went to her home instead. So on a trip to Atlanta, I decide that I'll go to OMNH b/c I was desperate to have my hair done and I believed Erica could not have been in 2 places at the same time. Wrong! This woman took 5 minutes to get off of her cell phone, grimaced at me like I had done something to her, and I walked out. Please do yourself a favor and let OMNH continue to provide dismal service so they can eventually close. I can't believe the lack of professionalism that is the standard here.
