Review content:
When you pay more than $100 for color, you expect a salon that offers client service, relaxation and attention. That's not what Beauty Parlour offers. While my colorist was good, the person who washed my hair addressed me by the wrong name and seemed offended when I corrected him. Then, when I told him the water temperature was too hot, he told me he couldn't change it and burned my scalp. Again, he seemed offended when I yelped in pain.
