I went here with my mother and uncle (who 'look' Asian) because of EVERYONE recommending them. Their pizza is the best in Gatlinburg and the rolls are delicious is all we heard. However, when we arrived our waitress took 30 mins to take our order, taking a number of other tables who had arrived later than us first, and the food took over an hour to arrive. Our drinks were never refilled to the point my uncle got up and asked another waitress is we could PLEASE get some water. The real catch was when our rolls never arrived we asked how much longer they would be (all the other waitresses were bringing rolls to the tables around us) to which the waitress retorted, ""they're still in the oven, you want to go back there and check?"" which really dumbfounded us. We continued to watch table after table being served until our rolls appeared over an hour into being seated, did I mention they were cold?? We waited for ""fresh out-of-the-oven rolls"" to be cold??? The pizza was OK, skimpy on the toppings, but good quality. I just don't understand the service we received (rather, the service we didn't receive), I live in Gatlinburg now and just can't bring myself to eat at a place that employs such a blatantly raciest person. I would comment on the food but I believe the horrid review would be mainly due to her actions that day (i.e cold rolls, luke warm pizza, bare bone toppings, etc.).
