Businiess name:  Yoga Garden Of San Francisco

Review content:
The Yoga Garden's Yoga 101 has been the most sublime experience I've had on the floor of a former recording studio. I was suspicious when my girlfriend informed me I was signed up for yoga classes for the entire month of January. Didn't I have to where tights? And what about the looking deep within ourselves for inner peace? Words which would come from the mouth of some 22 yr old community college, granola eating hippy. Aha, but thankfully I was very wrong. My instructor (Octavia, shes great!) had recently returned from one of Indias temples of Yoga where she had spent three months taking instructiuon directly from man who had developed the style used at Yoga Gardens. The class was a hour and a half and invigorating, stimulating, relaxing all at once. The Yoga 'high' I was on for the rest of the day was completly addictive! Highly reccomended. Pros: Inexpensive, Great Instructors, Variety of Classes
