I hadn't had a ""professional"" haircut in a while and my hair was really starting to look and feel bad. I am the type of person that will just decide I need to do something and want to do it right away so when I was referred to Samuel Cole Salon, I wanted to make an appointment ASAP. When I called Samuel Cole Salon they were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. I was so excited. When I walked into the salon it was very nice and I was greeted immediately. Kristen was so friendly and asked questions about my hair and what I wanted. She offered me a complimentary parrafin hand treatment, which I quickly agreed to, since my hands are so dry. She also recommended different products that might help improve the condition of my hair and other styling products but was not pushy at all. When she was finished, I LOVED the cut. My hair looks and feels so much better. I will definitely be going back!!!!
