I just wanted to let you know what a great experience I had today at Samuel Cole Salon.
First, when I called yesterday evening to make an appointment I spoke to Vanessa and I told her how impressed I was by her professionalism, attention to detail and overall personality. I really appreciate someone that can provide all the information that I need without crossing that superfine line and becoming gimicky and overzealous to ""sell the deal"". I promised her I'd be letting you know what a great job she's doing (and I was even tempted to try to steal her from you and offer her a job!)
Second, my stylist, Jen, was great. I came in with quite the disastrous haircut and not only did she totally get it from the second we sat down in consultation, she was convinced that she could achieve the fix that I'd been anxiously awaiting for 8 weeks!! I was so confident in your salon and in her, and am so thrilled with my hair now. It's beautiful and shiny and healthy again!!
Oh and lastly, I love love LOVE the Oribe products Jen used and am so happy that I purchased!
