Review content:
My 1st impression was wonderful, and I loved my stylist. My colour was just perfect and the service was excellent. When I returned for a follow-up, the receptionists were aloof and rude. I couldn't get a hold of my original stylist, and the stylist who was asked to help me was not very friendly (hence her departure, I'm sure). I bought products, and the receptionist had forgotten to place my item in my bag. I had to drive 30 minutes to get it. It was annoying, but not a deal breaker. I returned for a 3rd visit to touch up my colour only to find out that they scheduled me on the wrong date and blame me for it. I had an event two days prior to my hair appointment. Why would I make it 3 weeks after the fact? In addition, my 1st choice stylist was again out and I got another substitution... which was fine until she gave me a colour treatment I didn't want. My first colour treatment was just fine so I don't understand why they felt the need to give me something I *didn't* request. If everything is in their database, then do the exact same thing. Plus, I heard my stylist talk about my looks... and what was said was very insulting! I was so livid and embarrassed that I paid my bill and just left. I didn't want to be make a scene, so I didn't bother trying to get a refund but now I wish I did because I paid for something I didn't want. I am so disappointed and hurt. I've never been so poorly mistreated in my entire life. I felt like I was taken advantaged of. It is a very capable salon, but it seems to be a hit-or-miss with their customer service. My advice is to make sure you know what they're charging you for if you're not using your usual stylist. I really wish I could get my money back, but I don't want to step back into that salon ever again.
