This was the best experience I have had at a salon in years. I was a little nervous because I had not changed hairstylists in over 10 years. My anxiety was put to ease as soon as I walked in the door. The staff at the front were so professional and extremely friendly. I was asked for a drink and was told that my hairstylist would be with me shortly. I met Erin (my hairstylist) and she was so professional, friendly and beautiful on the inside and out. I felt like I had known her forever. She went through a thorough consultation with me about what I wanted to do with my hair and gave me her advice and opinions as well. It was great to see someone with so much enthusiasm. I told her to go ahead with the color and cut she thought was best for my skin tone and facial shape. She went with it and spent the most time anyone has ever spent on my hair. It turned out gorgeous!!!! I can't say enough about what a wonderful hairstylist Erin is and what a wonderful experience I had at Samuel Cole. You just have to go and see. It is sooo worth it!!!
