I'm new to the area, and made an appointment based on the reviews here. I wasn't disappointed. The salon is in a central location (near North Hills) and has an upscale - but not snooty - ambiance. Sara did a terrific job cutting and coloring my long curly hair. She really listened to me during our initial chat, and clearly has solid training and experience. I really enjoyed the time spent with her. The owner chatted with us between appointments; it was a pleasure to meet him, too. Other niceties: when getting highlights, you aren't banished to a room in back; a free paraffin hand treatment; beverages/snacks are offered. Prices are the same as what I paid when I lived in a nice suburb of NYC (not ridiculous, but not cheap/inexpensive; check their website for info). Overall, a happy experience - thank you! I'll be back!
