Review content:
Although Samuel Cole has a nice atmosphere and a pleasant, professional staff, I was very disappointed with my haircut. I asked for a classicl bob without any layers but didn't get the precise hair cut I asked for. The hairstylist who cut my hair was very nice and professional, but she didn't produce that end result. Instead of putting my hair up and cutting it in sections on the sides to create that look, she cut it straight across and then cut up and texturized it. I wanted an even, no fuss haircut, but now I have all these layers on the sides and they just want to do their own thing. I would give the stylist five stars on personality, but only two on the haircut.
