It seems I'm always searching for a good salon, more importanly a great hair designer. I think I found it at Samuel Cole Salon. . . I don't live in this area. I'm visitng from out of town but I'm here often so I decided to take a chance. I called for a same day appointment and was suprised to find the receptionist very accomodating. . . walked into the salon that afternoon and within a few minutes was greeted by my hair designer, Meghan. She took me to her station and proceeded to ask me a slew of questions; everything from the type of style I wanted to the different moods of my hair. She was very attentive and patient. She spent time playing with my hair, assessing the best cut for me. When we decided on a style, she pulled out her comb and scissors and began cutting. . . SLOWLY, almost methodically; watching my hair fall in place. She suggested hair products to use but did not pressure me to buy anything . Overall it was a great experience. I deem myself to be very picky, especially when it comes to my hair. I've gone to several hair stylists over the years and always found myself going back to my same hair dresser in Mt. Washington, MD. I now have choices!! Meghan was wonderful; great customer service. I will definitely go back!!!
