I read the previous review, and I have to wonder if someone from another salon wrote the horrible review. I know that every hairstylist at Samuel Cole goes through a year apprenticeship before they are allowed to practice their craft on customers. There is NO SIGN at the front desk asking customers to give good reviews. And, I seriously doubt that ANYONE has EVER gone out of that salon with ""racing stripes"" unless they asked for them. I have always had great experiences at Samuel Cole. That is why I keep coming back. Their prices are not cheap, but the service and ambience are the extras that many salons do not provide.
Pros: great customer servic, friendly & profession, up-to-date on styles
