I've been attending this school for well over a year now and I have nothing but excellent opinions of this place! If you want to learn the most practical and devastating way to command threatening situations with the utmost confidence and speed, look no further! This isn't just about the fight either, this is a great confidence builder and teaches very critical life lessons. I have had previous martial arts training in Aikido and Judo before being brought to this school by a good friend of mine and I have to say with full confidence and honesty, this simply blows everything I had already learned straight out of the water. There's just nothing like the experience you get here anywhere else!
Pros: Very quick to pick up and extremely effective!
Cons: You BETTER wear your cup, the stupid shall be punished...
