Review content:
I ate at Delmonico 4 days ago and haven't stopped raving about it since. Being from Miami and quite the traveler, this restaurant was out of this world! The food was outstanding and the service impeccable, worthy of 100 stars. It is easy to note the waiters are very well trained and hand selected... truly top notch. One cannot go wrong with any meat chosen, each made with such perfection. The asparagus and smashed potatoes were a delight. Although there is an extremely extensive wine list, the Cab from Duckhorn Vineyards 1998 is a wonderful compliment. I can honestly say that this is the best restaurant I have ever been to. Only do I wish Emeril would open one here... if not, Capital Grille is the best steakhouse we have in Miami - quite comparable.
