If you have just one meal in vegas, go here. The room is above average, nothing out of this world, but it's the weakest link to in an otherwise great evening. The wait stuff is top notch (table side Caesar Salad for instance) and the food is great. One thing about Emeril is that he loves to go over the top with his menus, and since this is a special night type of place... bring it on! Great steaks, perfect cocktails, great service, and amazing deserts.
