Review content:
Delmonico is definitely one of the best restaurants in all of Las Vegas (and there are many fine choices) but a few things detracted from an otherwise perfect evening. Firstly, even though we had reservations we waited around 45 mins for a table. Sure we enjoyed a nice cocktail or two and we were a large group but the place didn't seem to be that crowded when we went. The food was outstanding. The spinach salad with bacon and fried mozzerella was the tastiest (not the healthiest) salad I have ever eaten. If you are going to order a steak (and you should), be sure that it is cooked to your liking because mine was slightly overcooked. Also, stray from any ""fancy"" steaks that are stuffed with some sort of filling and just stick to the basics. Dessert was great and the place itself is very very impressive.
Pros: Food, Service, Decor
