Review content:
The dim lighting of the restaurant creates a romantic, hushed feel. Most patrons in the restaurant when I visited were in casual suits, cocktail dresses, or theater-going attire. The waiter did not bother telling us about the specials because we ""looked like we knew what we wanted,"" and didn't check to see if I wanted my wine glass refilled. Our food was good, but didn't live up to its ""best Steakhouse"" reputation. The Filet Mignon was tender and cooked exactly as I specified (medium rare), but the crusted top gave it a drier feel than one would want in a Filet Mignon. Dishes are served with little fanfare; no artistic flourish is given to the presentation, and food is served on plain, everyday dishes.
Pros: Romantic
Cons: Overhyped
