Review content:
While the facility has its benefits (nice floorplans, great views), the drawbacks of Stonebridge Waterfront Apartments cannot be ignored. Security is seriously lacking. In my time at Stonebridge, there have been at least eight different security guards, none of whom make me feel truly secure. Hallway noise is a huge problem, due in part to the poorly constructed walls and residents who treat the establishment like a college dorm. If Stonebridge is going to portray itself as ""luxury living"", then they may want to be more selective about their potential residents. I'm not sure if doing background checks would help, but it would be a start. I cannot justify paying $1000 a month, only to deal with piles of sick in the hallway, parties in the hall at 5 a.m. and general safety concerns. As summer approaches, the problems seem to worsen. This may be related to the poker tournaments at Nautica and the popularity of the Flats in warmer weather.
Pros: View, floorplans, location
Cons: Safety, noise, parking, gym
