Businiess name:  Ricky Bakery

Review content:
I feel proud to write this review of Ricky's Bakery for many reasons; the first being that he is a good friend of mine of 20 years plus. \r Additionally, he has carved his name, reeking financial success and attaining a very comfortable spot in South Florida owning and operating a chain of Cuban pastry and desserts bakery's. "Rickles" as I called him in high school was always very artistic, imaginative and especially talented. He exceeded in nall that he put his mind to. He has an electricity about him and always carried a smile from cheek to cheek. \r The fact that his bakery's are a success is not a mystery to me or anyone who really knows Ricky. It is evident that he pours his heart & soul into his precious creations. \r Although I am talking about a casual, flip-flop and wrinkled t-shirt type of establishment; it remains evident that every basket of baked goodies that you take away from the counter or cardboard box that gets ripped open once arriving at its final destination; you are ingesting morsel after morsel of Cuban goodness.\r The pastelitos are scrumptious, the baked goods, although anything but calorie free can make your knees buckle with pleasure and the croquetas, once bitten into by my seven year old daughter Chloe who moans with delight only solidify one simple concept: Ricky Bakery products are AWESOME.\r He decorates the inside of the bakery with such class and refinement one can only wonder if he should open the place up after hours doubling as a swanky drinking spot. \r In conclusion, if you are looking for tasty, traditional cuban pastries, sandwiches and a steamy glass of Cafe con Leche to start your day off with a bang, head over to any of Ricky's locations to be blown away. You will for sure be a repeat customer.
