I love the property I've rented, well cared for in a great neighborhood and the perfect floorplan for me. I've had a few hitches with the aging appliances but the Maintenance Dept. has been so prompt and courteous that its been really minor. My A/C went out during 100 degree temps and Cory returned my call within an hour and had the A/C chillin within 2, sure beats climbin on the roof to fix it myself! I had the exact experience with a previous call. I'm very pleased doing business and building my home with California Prime, so far its been all I hoped for in my new residence.
Pros: Very nice staff. Friendly and always trying to be helpful.
Cons: For me; aging appliances (to be expected though)
