I wish I had seen the last review before I moved in. The apartment I rented didn't have a fridge at all. The were unwilling to make any agreement on them providing one or if compensate me if we were to leave the one that I purchased. This place had a major plumbing issues that was never fixed. I ended up just not using one of the bathrooms altogether. The locations for the rentals were nice but they end up hitting you with many hidden fees like paying for garbage and lawn. I was sent a notice to water my lawn because it was too brown so I watered it. The next week I got a letter saying that my water usage was up for some reason and they me not to use as much water...
Pros: Very nice properties in nice areas
Cons: Bad service. many fees and forget about getting any deposit back
