Businiess name:  Ike Sushi

Review content:
I was shocked to see such a negative review of Sushi Ike and felt compelled to post a quick response. I have been eating at Ike's since 1988 on average about twice a month. I have always felt welcome (in fact occasionally Ike greets guests with a very sincere ""Welcome Home"" when you sit down at the bar). The fish is always fresh and delicious and the service is warm and friendly. Ike is so concerned about the quality of your experience that you can?t order the seared salmon at a table, only at the bar because by the time it gets to your table it is not the same experience. This restaurant is not for people who like big over the top rolls and love to drown their fish in soy sauce and wasabe. The strength of the place is it?s simplicity and it?s astonishing quality. No matter what kind of day you've had if you like real sushi... Ike will make it better. If you are the type of sushi diner who needs to control every aspect of the meal... you should probably go elsewhere. If however you are adventurous and willing to trust the house choices then Ike is for you. It may be located in a little mini-mall but the service and the great fish make the place a Pros: Service, Great fresh fish Cons: Parking
