Review content:
The first time we had Charlie's come out and clean our Chimney, the people they sent were afraid to go on the roof, so they cleaned the chimney from the inside. Our fireplace was also in need of repairs so the people took the measurements, and said the owner would call us with the estimate. After about three weeks of no phone call, I phoned the owner. I asked him if it was normal to clean the chimney from the inside up and not top down. He said no, it wasn?t and that he would talk with his workers. I also asked him about the estimate for repairs, and he made some song and dance and rattled off a number.
Cons: Won't return calls with an estimate. Won't clean a chimney the proper way.
