Review content:
Last November 2010, I was contacted by Power Promotions in Salt Lake City to receive a 4 visit package to City Salon & Spa. Power Promotions was really pushy about getting their $50+ out of me. Then I set up my first appointment with City Salon. The girl was late. I had the Scalp Massage (sort of), cut (which I really liked) Conditioning treatment (if I had it was not particularly memorable.) Second visit the girl just didn't show up. Third appointment, someone from the salon called me and said the girl I was supposed to be having my appointments with has disappeared, and apparently she was the owner and has not paid her bills - so they were being evicted from their premises . I called Power Promotions, and they said to give it time... that City Salon was working out a plan. Today, April 22, I called again... and both City Salon and Power Promotions have non-working telephone numbers. I believe I have been scammed. Should I Get Gephart? If they ever do get back in business... DON'T GO THERE! That is my advice. They are Bad, Bad, Bad!!!
