This has been a great experience. When my computer was hit with a crazy virus I was panic stricken. Dan came and checked it out and did his magic. My computer is now way better than it was before. It took a week but he even took the time to come back to my place to explain certain things. I am not a computer expert by any means so this was so incredibly helpful. I am extremely grateful for all his wonderful help. I will definitely call again if (God forbid) I have other problems! Many thanks.
