Review content:
I am a successful Loan officer and was recommended to Guaranteed rate as a Mortgage Banker worth considering for employment. I must say, my experience with them was terrible. I was set up to talk with Joe Phalen. After a brief discussion we scheduled a 2nd appointment to look at the numbers they could offer to me for employment. Not only did he no show for the appointment, when I asked him about missing the appointment he responded with swearing at me and saying that he was busy with his CEO and that takes priority over new Sales agents. I get that emergencies come up but can you at least have the decency to reschedule. Further, if YOU miss the appointment, how can you be rude when asked about it. If this is how they treat prospective sales people who would make the company a ton of money, I can't imagine how they treat their clients.
