ZERO Customer Loyalty! I've been going to this place regularly for over a year. I even moved locations with them, even though they moved 15 min further away from where I live. I then had to cancel an appointment last minute because I was called into work and they still charged me for half my appointment!! I completely understand that no shows are a problem, but I think it is ridiculous to charge a customer who has been coming that often, and who wants to reschedule the appointment, half of the appointment. Maybe a $20 fee, but $40 is ridiculous and no way to treat a customer! I will not be returning to them. Also, their new location is not very clean.
