Review content:
Back in December I was looking to upgrade my camera. Though I loved my little Sony, it wasn't taking the quality of pictures that I wanted. Now that I have a little munchkin in the house, I'm am constantly shooting away and I want the photos I take to look professional.
My husband decided to take me to B&H so that we could look at cameras together. We did a little research before we arrived so we new we wanted an SLR with a zoom lens but other than that we knew nothing. I was very into photography in my past life so I wanted something that had both automatic and manual settings. And so, this is what we told the man behind the counter. He listened carefully to our requests and then began to show us different cameras that met our criteria, one at a time. He took his time to explain the features and shared both the upside and downside to each camera. We went back and forth between the two Nikon cameras and finally decided on the D90 because you can take video with it. Overall our experience was wonderful.
Was B&H crowded while we shopped for our new camera? Yes, of course it was. I personally don't look at this as a negative. If everyone keeps flocking there than they must be doing something right. This is NY people-Expect Crowds!
