This place has everything for the photographer! I saw so many things I wanted to get, some of which I did not even realize that I wanted until I saw them! The place is quite crowded, and a bit frantic. B&H's massive specialty camera and electronics store is like Santa's workshop--merchandise shuffling overhead on conveyor belts--and an experience in itself. If you're in NYC and you're a photo person, you should definitely stop in just to say you?ve been there.
A photographer's mecca. B&H is a great photography source. They have hard to find supplies and paper. B&H is also very helpful if you call in access via the internet.
Customer service is excellent and the return policy is fair - I had to return items several times and the process was always smooth. I was apprehensive about making my purchase with them since it was a high price item (Nikon SLR), but I must say, I was extremely impressed by their service. They called me to verify my order after I placed it. Also, the price dropped on the camera the same day I ordered it and when I called them, they gave me the lower price without me having to ask for it. Very pleased by their service, definitely will order from there again..
