I cannot say enough about Matthew. He was a complete pleasure to work with. He really goes above and beyond when it comes to his clients. I first spoke with Matt when looking at a property with my real estate agent almost a year ago; we had a question about financing and she suggested I give Matt a call. At the time I was planning on using my bank, Bank of America, for my mortgage, but after talking with Matthew I was so impressed with how upfront, courteous and knowledgeable he was that I decided to start working with Matt and Prospect Mortgage to obtain financing of my new home. He was always available for questions and always a pleasure to work with whether it was during the day, night, or a weekend. I know Matthew worked hard to get me the best rate, perfect loan and a hassle-free, on-time closing. It was probably one of the easiest transactions I've ever made. From the beginning I knew I was in good hands with him. He is an invaluable asset to Prospect Mortgage and I will recommend him to anyone I come across who is buying a house. Again, I cannon say enough about Matthew Mcaloon.
