I started going to Dr Paul Laven as a patient just after he took over the practice from Dr Edson back in the early 90's. Dr Laven cared for my husband and two children from childhood until present. All four of us have chosen to stay under Dr Laven's care, and we have also seen Dr Sun Jones on many occasions. Of course, we have had to wait our turn to get in to see either dr but we have never been treated with anything other than dignity and timeliness when we have called for an appt or prescription. Today was a perfert example: I called Dr Laven's office in Chandler at 3:15 pm to ask Dr Laven to write me a new prescription for medication that I had run out of. His PA called me back at 4:45 to tell me the prescription was ready to be picked up. I then picked up by prescription by 5:20 pm the same day, today, and I call that pretty darned efficient. Thanks Dr Laven and staff for all of your wonderful care over the years. Happy New Year!
