I AM NEW TO AZ. MY GYNO REFERRED ME TO THIS GROUP. HAVE HAD MAMMOS FOR OVER 15 YEARS. FIRST TIME I HAD BRUISING WITH MY RECENT VISIT TO AZ WOMEN'S IMAGING & WAS BROUGHT TO TEARS WITH THE COMPRESSIONS. I AM LARGE BREASTED & DIMUNITIVE IN HEIGHT. 5 YRS AGO I HAD DIAGNOSIS OF DUCTAL HYPERPLASIA.NOTHING ON THEIR QUESTIONNAIRE ASKED FOR DIAGNOSIS. HAD CALL BACK FOR MORE TESTS. DID NOT SPEAK WITH DR OR TECH. LOST CONFIDENCE W/ADMIN PERSON WHEN SHE CITED INCORRECT FACTS ABOUT MY HISTORY. ASKED FOR MGR. GOT LEAD TECH WHO HELPED W/PROVIDING CLARITY AND PURPOSE OF RECALL. GOT RESULTS IN MAIL OF THIS FRIST SCREENING AND THE FACTS WERE LISTED INCORRECLTY AGAIN. I CALLED MY GYNO. I EXPECT TO RETURN TO COMPLETE THE OTHER VIEWS . I CANNOT NOT CONTINUE W/TESTING BUT IF I REMAIN UNCONFIDENT W/THIS GROUP WILL RETAIN SERVICES OF ANOTHER. CANNOT SAY THIS WAS A GREAT FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE AND FIND MYSELF ADVOCATING FOR MYSELF. I DO NOT FIND AS YET THAT THIS GROUP WALKS THE TALK.
