Review content:
We lost our daughter Gabi at 13 months old, very unexpectedly. We were recommended to Holy Cross through St. Francis cemetery. We went to Holy Cross to finalize the burial service with Ricardo. We scheduled the burial and started looking at gravestones and I had to continuously repeat that I was NOT ready to make those decisions. I was extremely upset and after being ignored I told my husband to decide the details of her gravestone. We payed and left. My family recommended us to cancel the gravestone. And to make those decisions later and together. So I called left a message for Ricardo that night to cancel.
