Review content:
From the very start, this business did nothing to impress. Unfortunately for us, it got worse as time went on. I have been in business for nearly 30 years and understand that customer service has to be number one. For this business it doesn't even appear to be in their vocabulary. I haven't yet been able to separate which act was the most offensive...being lied to or being treated with zero respect. My daughter being treated so poorly on the day she moved her belongings into the unit...or the rodents that had infested by the time she moved it out. I do believe in karma, however. I also believe that if someone does a good job for you, you tell a few friends. If someone does you wrong, you tell everyone. I intend to tell everyone to stay away from this business.
