Brûlé is fast becoming my favorite place to eat. Last night I had the Snake River Kobe Shank Steak for main course and it all but melted in my mouth. I shared the cheese platter for a starter and also a melody of the best desserts I've had in long time. The service is excellent and discrete. The ambience relaxed, cool and reminiscent of Europe and the Mediterranean. My wife and I have been a number of times for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. Great food and value. Love it.
