I would just like to formally state that Corinne and I have been very pleased with the performance of Cheryl Talbot. As you know, Cheryl was the Realtor we chose after interviewing many others. We chose Cheryl because of her high energy level, experience, knowledge, professionalism and fiery spirit. Cheryl has followed up on our very many questions and has completed every aspect of the real estate process that includes marketing, selling, and closing the contract in a a professional and energetic manner. We would like to most certainly recommend Cheryl as the ""go-to agent"" for relocation, selling, or buying a home here in Hampton Roads Metro Region.
