I drive past the Oil Well Fast Lube everyday on my way to work. I called today to see if they offer a coupon. I was told they do not but if I went to haggen's the back of my reciept would have $3 off. I'd been there earlier that day but could not find my reciept. When I pulled up, I mentioned mentioned this, but said that I could prove a purchase earlier that day, and asked it they would honor the coupon anyway. To which the man helping me responded very rudely ""We can't honor something that's not there."" I needed an oil change anyway, and was on my lunch, so decided to procede with the service, but told the man that I was not happy that they would not honor their coupon price. Once inside, the man asked me fill out paperwork. At this point, while filling it out, I told him that I was not happy and after this service I would not be return, nor would I reccomend them to anyone else. At which point he very rudly told me to stop fillling out the paperwork, crossed out what I had written, and told me that he was going to see if he could stop the oil change. Since they had already started, he said ""I guess we're just stuck with it anyway."" I reitterated my previous feeling of not being happy with the service I was recieving. When he came back to tell me the car was finished, I told him that it was not the lack of a coupon price I was upset with, but instead the attitude I had been given since I drove up to which he said he hadn't given me any attitude until he had gotten inside. He then very rudely told me that since I would never be coming back, he would give me the coupon price. He also said the coupon was only on some reciepts so I would have to be lucky to get one. Returning to work I spoke about the situation to my coworkers, we checked my fluids to find none had been topped off, some dangerously low, and only my oil had been changed, which was not in accordance with their 15point service and at a price of $35 after the ""coupon"" I was reluctantly given.
Pros: My mesy front seat was cleaned out for me
Cons: No neccesary fluids were topped off despite being dangerously low and no needed work was mentioned to me
