This place was seriously a one of a kind experience and still remains my best workouts to date! I went to FBE cause i was tired of conventional gyms and saw them on television. I said what the heck, lets do it! Joseph, the owner, was extremely helpful and friendly. He let me try the different equipment and customized a workout for me. I gotta say, their vibration machinesa are killer. Lost around 12 lbs in less than a month and apparently that's easily achievable. The vibration really gets you a good workout in such little time. Their acupuncture service was also extremely relaxing. Yasmin was relaxed and did a great job! If you are in LA and are looking for something different, than I HIGHLY recommend Firm Body Evolution. Honestly, there is NOTHING like this place. I mean from the cleanliness to the awesome machines, I would definitely recommend this gym / spa to ANYONE.
