I first called american vision windows when i realized that my 60 year old windows were beginning to leak. the first person that answered the phone was very polite and told me all about the products that the company offered, which was not only windows but that also offer garage doors and even solar panels. I only chose the windows but was glad that they offered all of those other things because if i ever needed those services they would be available to me. i was also excited to see that they offered triple pane windows because i had heard that those were the best on the market. so next they sent the sales gentleman to my house who was also so great. he knew so very much about the windows that the company offered. he even knew the exact amount of light that my new windows would let into my home. which i thought was amazing becasause it is so technical. i then decided to purchase 6 windows. after i purchased the windows they sent out the measure tech to my house who knew even more about windows than the sales rep did and i was just amazed at that point because i didnt think there was that much that went into windows. after they did the measure it took about 3 weeks for my windows to be ordered and delivered to their facility. which is when i recieved a call from another very knowledgeable man, whom scheduled my installation. when the window installers came out i was once again amazed because the man who came out had been with the company for a long time and could not have done a better installation of my windows. then a few weeks ago i noticed that one of my windows was broken. i was quite upset because i did not know how it happened. i immediately called the office and spoke with the service manager who was also extremely polite and told me that she would be calling the manufacturer to see if they would replace it for me. after a few days i was told that they manufacterurer would not fix it and that it was not covered under warranty. but then after a few phone calls later, we were able to work the situation out and american vision windows will be replacing the glass on my one window. it will be completed by the end of next week and i cant wait. but i know that everything will be ok and run smoothly because this is a great company and everything they do goes smooth. thank you very much american vision windows for all of your hard work.
