Review content:
We had a few great phone conversations about my wedding. She sent sample menus and we even met in person to hack out the details.
Scheduled a meeting for the tasting of the cake and menu items. The week before I called and e-mailed several times to confirm the appointment, but got no response. We showed up at the tasting and she wasn't there. I hope nothing has happened to her, I still haven't gotten any response from her. Thankfully we hadn't signed a contract or paid the deposit. Unfortunately now I am without a caterer for my Sept. wedding. I just don't want anyone to make the same mistake!
Pros: Good ideas
Cons: She never showed up to the tasting - or called or e-mailed.
