Review content:
This spa effectively stole $100 from me. I made an appointment there by mistake (I thought I had a groupon for this spa but actually my groupon was for a different Serenity Spa). I called immediately to cancel, and though the lady didn't seem to speak much English, I thought I got my message across that I wanted to cancel the appointment. I later got a phone call stating I had missed my appointment and would be charged for it as a penalty- they made me give them my credit card number to make the reservation. I called to speak with the manager. I told her I had called to cancel and she rudely 'informed' me that I had not. I told her I had a record of the phone call and I was refusing the charge. I had to go through my credit card company to reverse the charge. Unfortunately the charge could not be reversed because I had technically authorized it when I made the appointment online BY MISTAKE. So a lovely Valentine's Day gift from my SO turned into $100 in the pocket of these crooks. Please steer clear!
