Review content:
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but Yves cut my hair twice and each time, it was probably the worst cut I've ever had. The first time, he's spent 30 minutes criticizing my existing cut saying that the sides were uneven. When I left, I thought his cut was unremarkable but perhaps it would come alive when I did it at home. Instead, when I got home, I realized that he had FLIPPED the asymmetry and he texturized one side way more than the other. It was far worse than my original cut. I had to live with it for 5 weeks. When I returned, I showed him the problem and explained how impossible it was to work with. He said he would fix it. You know how hard it is to really assess a cut when you're sitting 10 feet from a mirror and the stylist has just blown it out, right? Well, it didn't look bad but - again - when I got home, it was clear that he did NOTHING to correct the problem. I spent $400 on 2 haircuts that were a total waste. Now, I have to pay someone to fix it once and for all. I'll never go back.
Pros: Beautiful Salon
Cons: Terrible haircut - twice!
