Review content:
We ate at BJ's about two weeks ago. All was fine. Today, December 30, 2011, we stopped by for early dinner. No joke, we received our appetizers (which were good) within 10 minutes. 40 minutes later, the waitress was, "Oh, you didn't get your cheeseburger yet". No $!#&! Beside no soap in the bathroom ,no paper towels and the crappy service, when you do get your food, at least that is not bad, if you get it! All the manager could do is stop by and say "sorry". We left without the cheeseburger. If corporations are going to spend big money on nice looking restaurants, how bout spending some on teaching manners to the employees so the customers come back.
