Review content:
This place is one of the best examples of why awful businesses survive only in New York City. The service is exteremely rude, inconsistent and unfriendly. I am a neighborhood regular, wave hello to the folks behind the counter in stores around my neighborhood. Despite going to SoHo cleaners consistently, there would never be a smile, always a grumpy attitute, no flexibility in requesting a particular stain to be removed or dry-cleaning to get done on the same day. The bottom line is that the service here is RUDE, and I really dislike thier attitude. After all, aren't WE customers and shouldn't we be treated with dignity and respect. I hate this place so much I wish I could open a drycleaner right next door and provide free services just to drive these people out of business.
