Went with other car before to Discount tires down the street ask to change two front tires - no problem. They did it cheap and fast and exactly as i asked. When i need to change front tires on another car Discount tires gave me estimate ten dollars more then this Firestone place. Went to Firestone a week later then took an estimate. First - price ended up being 16$ higher. I had to ask to make as in estimate. The guy on front desk went to check my minivan before they start to do the job - my rear tires are a mismatch - one of them is all terrain and other one is an old and cheap standard one with different grid). Off course they offer me to change all four tires - i couldn't afford it. But after an hour and a half waiting i receive my FRONT-DRIVER minivan with two brand new tires on the REAR and two absolutely mismatching tires on the FRONT! I ended up paying another 10$ to change them back. ""Thank you"" Firestone on Lee road! I will never go back there again!
