My furnace did not work well this winter after 20 years of service. I googled A-Temp Heating & Cooling Inc, read some reviews and decided to give a try. Diann, a very nice lady answered phone and made an appointment for me. Ben, the saleman called me on the appointment day, told me he was on his way but would be a few minutes late. Before he entered my house, he put a shoe cover on his shoes, very culturely sensitive. After checking my furnace, Ben told me the furnace was very rusty, it might have some serious problems. After many questions were satisfied, I decided to install a new furnace. I got an appointment three days later which was this morning. Matt and Saul showed up on time. To my surprise, they all had shoe covers with them. When they entered the house they all put the covers on. Every time when they need to work inside the house, they would ask for permission. When they finished, they cleaned their work area. Before they left, they showed me all the work they had done, showed me how to change the filters and how to operate the new themostat. They also helped me to put a new dryer vent with no extra charges. As soon as the technicians left, I called the office to book a maintenance service for my air conditioner. I am very happy with their work.
