Cinelli's is absolutely the best Italian food in the Triangle, period. My husband and I are both fron NY and grew up on the stuff. After 20 years here, we thought we'd never find the real thing. The pastas and sauces are perfect. My husband says the veal is the best he's had in many, many years. My favorite dish appears as a special on occasion - a fish (whatever is fresh) livornaise, a huge filet over linguine with a tomato-based ""bordetto"" (I believe it is wine based) sauce with olives & capers. It is to die for. Also recommended is anything with eggplant - they do it the best. And the Caesar salad. There is always enough left over for the next day. Pros: wonderful food, reasonable prices, very large portions Cons: none - all great
