The moment I walked through the door,I knew I was at home. It is very hard to escape the corporate cookie cutter,or down -home,southern style dining options that seem so prevelent in Cary. Dining at Cinellis is like going home to NY without jumping on a plane! After reading some of the less complimentary reviews, I can only conclude that the witers have never,or have no desire to visit NY. Several NC natives suggested I head straight to the Olive Garden for some great Italian food, I had to laugh. Cinellis is the real deal,with all scratch-made sauces and portion sizes that would make any Nona proud. The staff was both laid back and professional creating a family style atmosphere reminiscent of Sunday dinners at home. If you are seeking a quality Italian meal with a glimpse of New York , you must experience Cinellis for yourself!
